Introduction
As a partner, you always have access to all your customers in the platform. In the customer account list, you can see who is present and manage them. All customer accounts constitute your own space within the platform, which you have full control over. There are also many useful features for managing customer accounts and creating new ones continuously.
Overview
In the customer account list, you can filter by one or more fields in combination to quickly and easily narrow down the list in case you have many customer accounts. It is also possible to temporarily deactivate a specific customer account, which means that no data transfers will occur, and the end customer will not have access to the integration when the customer account is inactive.
Administration
When you hover your mouse over a customer account, administration buttons appear on the far right of the row.
For example, if you don't see a Delete button, it means that the user you are logged in as does not have the rights to delete existing customer accounts. Contact the portal administrator at your company for more information about permissions.
The following commands are available (provided you have the necessary permissions):

User administration: Here you can see which users have access to log in to the customer account. Do not confuse this with users on the partner portal. These are two different things and are managed separately. Users who have access to the customer account only have access to that specific customer account and nothing else.

Log in as: Here you, as a partner portal user, can quickly and easily log in to the customer account and see everything that is there, including from the perspective of how the end customer sees everything.

Edit customer account: If you need to adjust any customer information or specific details about the customer account, such as the applicable workflow, you can edit the customer account. However, be cautious with this function as it directly affects the end customer's user experience and functionality.

Delete customer account: When a customer account is deleted, all data on the customer account is also deleted. This action cannot be undone.
