Invite additional users

Introduction

Whether two or more systems need to be connected to the customer account, the guide makes this process simple and intuitive. However, it is often the case that several people are involved in the process, as the same person rarely has the login credentials and permissions to connect all systems.

To facilitate this, there is an Invite function designed to streamline the process. Use the Invite function to quickly and easily create one or more users on the customer account, with a message sent via email to the person or persons to complete the connection of one or more systems.

In the guide, the option to invite additional users is presented when needed. Fill in who should be invited and who you, as the sender, are. The recipient will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed, clearly indicating who you, as the sender, are.
