Introduction
The partner portal includes a user system that you are encouraged to use to manage access for employees within your organization. For each user, it is possible to control the level of permissions that apply. If you are a portal administrator (i.e., have full rights), you can also edit and delete other users.
User permissions
When a new user is added, the first section consists of basic user information, and the second section specifies the permissions that apply to that specific user.
It is not possible to grant another user more permissions than you yourself have. Contact your company’s portal administrator for more information about permissions.

Tips
- Single Sign-On
The platform supports OpenID with OAuth2 code flow. Through this functionality, you can connect your OpenID-compatible user service, providing better control over the login process for all users in your organization who need access to the partner portal.
No usernames and passwords will be needed for users logging into the partner portal, as authentication will be handled within your organization’s existing user management system.
Reseller API
All users should always have their own accounts for logging in and, for security reasons, never share a common one. If you are working with Sharespine’s Reseller API, integrations should have their own unique accounts.
