Permissions

Make sure that the user you are trying to authenticate with have enough rights.

The list of users is under Settings > Permissions. Make sure the user you are trying to authenticate with has 'Full permissions'.

Modules

Modules that needs to be activated in Visma eAccounting:

• Book keeping
• API module

Activate API (Integration) in Visma eAccounting

In connection with you as a customer integrating your financial system from Visma eAccounting to Sharespine and your online store, you need to activate the API module from Visma eAccounting.

The service costs nothing but must be activated.

1.1. Log in to your account in Visma
1.2. Under the menu on the left, you will find "options" and select this.
1.3. Then select "More options" and scroll down to "Visma Integrations"
1.4. Select this and press "Activate"
1.5. Now you are ready to connect your financial system with Visma eEkonomi.

Approve access

During the authentication process, a new window will open with permission to be ticked (all should be ticked from the beginning). Note that you should press "Allow" and not "Do not allow".

If you press "Do not allow" you will get an error message saying "access_denied".

If you don't see Allow, zoom out the window a little.

It may take a little while for it to download your entire chart of accounts. You will need it in the next step.
