Has reached the maximum number of articles allowed

Description

This error occurs when the merchant has reached the limit for the maximum number of articles allowed in the receiving system. New articles cannot be created or submitted until the limit is addressed.

Cause

• The merchant’s article quota in the receiving system has been reached.
• The system does not allow additional articles to be registered without action.

Resolution

• Remove or archive articles that are no longer in use in the receiving system.
• Check with the receiving system what limitations apply regarding the number of articles.
• If more articles are needed, upgrade the plan or contact the provider of the receiving system.
