Description
The error occurs when the Integration Platform tries to retrieve/list an invoice in Fortnox for payment. Fortnox returns that the connected user does not have permission to list invoices, and the process is aborted.
Cause
The user in Fortnox does not have access to the Invoicing module.
The integration’s access/permissions are too limited, the wrong company has been authorized, or the permissions have been changed/revoked.
Action
Check permissions in Fortnox
Fortnox → Administer users/roles: make sure the user has access to Invoicing/Customer Invoices and the rights to Read/List.
Review the integration’s access/scopes
Fortnox → Administer integrations: open your integration and confirm that Customer Invoices is included.
If access is missing or the wrong company has been authorized: reauthorize the integration with the correct permissions for the correct company.
Reconnect Fortnox in the Integration Platform
Open the Fortnox connector in the Integration Platform and reconnect to Fortnox.
Test again
Re-run the payment export and verify that invoices can now be retrieved and that the payment flow continues.
