Fortnox error: 2000947

Description

The error occurs when the Integration Platform tries to export a journal entry with an attached PDF to Fortnox. This means that the journal entry contains a cost center that is inactive in Fortnox. Since the cost center is no longer active, the journal entry cannot be saved, and the export is stopped.

Cause

• A cost center linked to the journal entry is inactive in Fortnox.

• The cost center was used previously but has since been closed in Fortnox.

• Incorrect mapping in the Integration Platform causes an inactive cost center to be sent.

Action

• Check cost centers in Fortnox

  • Log in to Fortnox.

  • Go to Registers → Cost Centers.

  • Check if the cost center sent from the Integration Platform is marked as inactive.

• Reactivate the cost center (if it should be used)

  • Activate the cost center in Fortnox if it is still relevant.

• Remove or replace the cost center in the Integration Platform

  • If the cost center should no longer be used, remove it from the mapping or replace it with an active cost center.

• Test the export again

  • Re-run the export after the settings have been corrected.

  • Verify that the journal entry is saved correctly in Fortnox.
