Fortnox error: 2001333

Description

The error occurs when the Integration Platform tries to create/save a journal entry in Fortnox. The message indicates that the Description/Transaction text field is missing, which is mandatory in Fortnox, and therefore the export is stopped.

Cause

• Mandatory field missing: Description/Transaction text is not sent from the Integration Platform.

• Invalid content: Only whitespace or too long/invalid format.

Action

• Add a description to the journal entry in the Integration Platform.

• Test the export again

  • Re-run the journal entry export.

  • Verify in Fortnox that the journal entry is saved and that the text is displayed correctly.
