Description

The error occurs when the Integration Platform tries to export a journal entry to Fortnox. The message means that an account in Fortnox is configured so that a cost center must always be specified. Since no cost center was included in the export, the journal entry is stopped.

Cause

• The account in Fortnox is set to require a cost center.

• The Integration Platform sends the journal entry without a specified cost center.

Action

• Check account settings in Fortnox

  • Log in to Fortnox.

  • Go to Registers → Chart of Accounts.

• Add a cost center in the Integration Platform

  • Open the accounting flow in the Integration Platform.

  • Ensure that the correct cost center is sent for transactions booked on the account.

• Change account settings (if allowed)
