Description
Fortnox rejects creating/updating the article because the Description (item name) is missing. This field is mandatory for an article to be saved.
Cause
The Description field is empty.
The value consists only of whitespace.
The mapping from the source system leaves the description as null/empty.
Resolution
Enter a Description for the article before sending it to Fortnox.
Ensure the value is not just whitespace and meets any length/character requirements.
Resend the article after correcting.
