Description
Creating the shipment failed because the order is set to ship complete (deliver all at once) or requires that all lines be shipped simultaneously—yet at least one line is not currently deliverable.
Cause
Insufficient stock or unallocated quantities for one or more order lines.
At least one line is on backorder/hold or lacks allocation.
The order is marked ship complete, and the condition is not met.
Serial/lot number is required but missing on one or more lines.
Warehouse/bin/location on a line is missing or incorrect.
The order is on hold (e.g., credit hold) or not released for shipment.
Some lines have already been partially shipped, leaving insufficient quantities for a “full shipment.”
Resolution
Check the order’s status, any holds/credit blocks, and whether Ship complete is enabled.
Verify inventory and allocation: ensure all lines have sufficient available and reserved quantities.
If full shipment is not possible:
Allow partial shipment, or
Split the shipment and send only deliverable lines now.
Provide required details: serial/lot numbers, correct warehouse/bin/location, carrier/shipping method, etc.
Release the order for shipment if it’s on hold, then try creating the shipment again.
