Description
The order export is rejected because the externalId being sent already exists in the receiving system. This is a conflict on a unique field (duplicate).
Cause
The externalId has already been used for an existing order.
The order was sent previously (manually or via another flow); a new attempt creates a duplicate.
Incorrect mapping or reused numbering across environments/channels (test/production, multiple stores).
Resolution
Search the receiving system for the relevant externalId and verify which document already exists.
If it’s an incorrect duplicate, delete/cancel the duplicate in the receiving system.
Run the export again after correcting.
