Description
Posting is stopped because the invoice lacks at least one line with a linked account. Fortnox requires at least one billable item line with a linked account.
Cause
An item is used but the item lacks a linked sales account in Fortnox.
The invoice contains only zero-amount/fee lines without proper posting.
Resolution
Ensure that at least one line is a billable item line with an account.
Check that the line has quantity > 0.
Verify default accounts and the item’s posting settings in Fortnox (Settings → Sales/Default accounts and on the item).
If the invoice only contains comments, convert at least one line to Product/Service with an account.
Try posting the invoice in Fortnox again.
