Cause
The item with article number 45038 exists in Fortnox but is marked as inactive.
The product was previously used but has been deactivated in the item register.

Action
Check the item status in Fortnox
Log in to Fortnox.
Go to Register → Items.
Search for item number 45038.
Check if the item is marked as inactive.
Activate the item in Fortnox
Open the item card.
Uncheck the setting for “Inactive” if the product should still be used.
Save the change.
Use an alternative item
If the item should no longer be used: update the order in the source system so that it refers to another active item in Fortnox.
Ensure that the correct item number is sent with the export.
Retry exporting the order
Once the product is active or replaced, try exporting the order again from the Integration Platform.
Verify that the order is created correctly in Fortnox without errors.
